The 12th edition of the French Electrostatics Society (SFE) will be held from the 4^th to the 6^th of July 2023 on the university campus of Cherbourg, Normandy, France. As in the past, the conference will be a forum for exchanges about current research on electrostatics and will also give the opportunity to scientists in the field to meet each other and share their ideas. The conference should also facilitate contact between researchers from public institutions and industry and allow young researchers to present their work.

All domains of electrostatic (fields, charges, discharges, arcing, hazards…), dielectric materials (solid, liquid or gas) and cold plasmas may be presented.

This edition is scheduled in 5 half-days: starting on Tuesday, July 4th and ending Thursday, July 6^th morning.

The working languages are both French and English.
